Service refers to the actual guide trip provided or will be provided
Website refers to Captain Erik Trophy Bass Guide Service, accessible from www.captainerikbass.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Booking Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Booking 7 days prior to the Service date without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling a Booking is 7 days prior to the Service date.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by calling 407-692-7372 or by emailing captainerikalman@gmail.com
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
